What did we propose for Phase 1 at Boegli, and how does it compare with what Fontaine asked for in discovery?

For Boegli, Phase 1 was a 1, scoped around the quality-control monitoring platform rather than a full discovery phase.

Fontaine Precision is earlier in the process. In the discovery call they described 2, and they already run an 3.

So the Boegli proposal is a development engagement on an existing system, while Fontaine still needs a discovery and strategy phase before anything is built.
